Dose both tires in the front pull in 4x4 ???

they only do if you have a locker if not the truck just sends power to the one with the least amount of traction. so truely in 4x4 at most you are only spining two tires with full power.

If traction is equal both tires are getting power, but the moment one slips, it will get all of the power and spin while the other one sits and does nothing.
