Need Bolt Torque specs for front and rear suspension

Anyone have the torque specs for the bolts in the front and rear suspension? I replaced the front and rear shocks AND springs. Just want to put a torque wrench on the bolts and make sure I got everything right. If anyone has a book or CD and doesn't mind looking these up, I would really appreciate it.

Bolts I remember (from memory),

- front tie rod nut
- front lower shock mount nut
- front upper shock mount to body nuts (3)
- front upper shock mount to shock assembly (single nut on shock itself)

- Rear lower shock nut
- Rear upper shock nut
- Rear Front Spring mounting bolt
- Rear aft spring mounting bolt to frame
- Rear aft spring mounting bolt to bracket
