HELP removing inside of door

I read the how to thoroughly. Took everything apart that it said to. It seems to be catching on something near where the mirror screws in. Any help? I lifted up and outward like it said but it'll only move half an inch. It's getting dark and I want to replace my mirror. Thanks.

Thanks. It did pop off. I got the broken mirror off, put on the new one, but it doesn't line up correctly on the bottom. It's aftermarket.. Maybe that's the problem? There's a very slight gap on the outside at the bottom of the mirror assembly. I made it everything was perfectly lined up and rechecked a few times. I put it on anyway. I might have to just get an OE mirror. While this one looks exactly the same, it seems a little cheap. Oh well. At least I got the door off and was able to put it back on correctly. Thankfully I did not break anything.

Manual. However, I only need the passenger side. I know most people selling would rather sell as a pair. I really do appreciate the offer.

dude, don't worry. Getting that piece back on for me, sometimes takes an hour, and sometimes 5 minutes, if you're lucky and it catches all the clamps.
