06 Tranny Slipping

I have an 06 Lariat 4x4, 110k driving 65-70mph when I stomp on it to pass the tranny slips, is this a common problem with shift points or shoud i look into the clutch.
Normal driving shifts fine.
Thanks for your input!

I cant remember exactly, but before my tuner, I thought mine slipped a little when passing on the freeway. It doesnt any more after a tuner and new shift pattern.

The factory program is pretty restrictive. Get a good programmer or custom tunes to be rid of this problem.

Thanks for the good advise, the truck has plenty of HP when passing, it just doesn't seem to transfer through the tranny. I have to be careful when pulling in front of others to pass.
