If Im going 25MPH or higher and I hit any kind of bump it sounds like the whole door is about to fall off. Ive checked everything where it connects once its closed and everything seems fine. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

 

I have the same problem 2007 fx2 5.4l and cant figure out where the noise is coming from but it sounds like on driver side back door for me, its terrible and didnt notice it when I bought a week ago but now its driving me nuts, doors are intact and close but still loud, rattling sound as if door is not shut all the way but it is. any help from the pros...

 

Do you have scab by any chance??? After I bought my 05 scab mine was doing that on the passenger side. If the back door is not slammed shut it will do that.
