It's been a while since I last posted and I haven't done much but I'm thinking about some black 20" xd monsters but can't decide because I think chrome looks good just want something different - what do ya'll think?

 

I think some KMC rockstars with bigger tires would look killer, I think your on the right track goin with black tho

I like the rockstars a lot been thinkin about those, too... as for bigger tires i have 35's I really don't think my truck could pull 37's too good but I believe those cooper stt's just run small

 

There's a lot of trucks that have the Monsters and Rockstars. I'd find something different.

 

dont do monsters, i have lost all respect for them trucks.

try to stay away from: **** cepek, monster, moto metals, pro comp, and any other common brand.

be original. get something no one has.

Alright so if you like the look of Monsters or Rockstars, get em. If you do, I vote black.

So what if a bunch of other people here on the forums have them. They're spread out across the US, don't forget. I'll admit that I do see them around on the streets most commonly as do I various Pro Comps. Bottom line is that you should get something you're going to be stoked with down the line. Not something that you're not 100% about but no one else has them (maybe other people don't have them because they're ugly).

My personal opinion on those wheels- they're a little too busy and I don't think they'd look right when they're mounted.

A note about originality: any attempt at being original is to be unoriginal; for others before you have already made their unoriginal attempt to be original.

I'd think the black 20" monsters would look sick on there...

 

Personally I would either go with rockstars to match the chrome or get the monsters and paint the headlights and blackout the badges and niteshade the tails. Both would look great.

 

how bout getting some 20's powder coating the spokes grey to match your truck and leaving the lip chrome with some bigger tires. and if you wanna go a lil more then get the handles and mirrors sanded and painted to match the truck that would look real good with the chrome lip on the wheels and the spokes grey it'll still flow well with those head lights and the badges
