Front Passenger Window Difficulties : FML

For those not wanting to hear my rant and see my question skip to QUESTION HERE.

So I've had difficulties with the right-side windows since I purchased my truck, and I always thought it was the master switch acting up. The passenger switches always worked 100% of the times of the 2 or 3 times I tried them... (great statistics, huh? :-p).

Normally, the issue is the front window won't roll down, the rear window won't roll up. Today, the front window rolled down without issue, but then it wouldn't roll up. So I casually stop at a shopping center and go to roll up the window by going around the vehicle and pushing the passenger side switch, but nothing happens.

With dark clouds looming and rain in the forecast, I whip out my trusty iPhone thinking there would surely be a solution to this issue on the magical internet, but the best I could find was door dis-assembly instructions. I opened the door up using a small car toolkit and examined all connections, and everything looked tight and solid. So I removed the window from the track, pushed it all the way up, and stuck screwdriver through the metal to keep it up.

I then realized how unstable and stupid that was, realized it wasn't raining, dropped the window back down and drive home where I have better tools. Five minutes into the drive, cross my fingers, hold my tongue to my left cheek, click the button, and viola, the window rolls up all on its own.

I get home, and it works flawlessly from the passenger side. So I push the window back into the tracks, reassemble the door, and start searching for possible answers. After going through 16 pages of results on this forum for "Power Windows," I turned up nothing.

QUESTION HERE

So in summary:

Front Passenger Side Window went completely out while down
Checked 30 amp breaker and connections looked good (switch connections, motor connections)
Pushing the 'down' button netted a small momentary noise from motor. Pushing 'up' netted nothing.
Ten minutes later, window magically started working flawlessly like nothing happened

Obviously, I have reason to no longer trust this window. What should I be looking at to rebuild my relationship with this window?
