bad rain day, flood area- sudden engine light came on

2004 Screw FX4, AF one intake air system, Magnowflow, 1714 super tuner setted at 87.

Its being bad raining all day some area flood.. i drove thru small flood that is way less that 6inches flood area then sudden engine light came on...

so i checked it with scangauge code it came back with P 0175.. so i checked w google and it came back with info its too lean.. so i cleared the code and to see if it came back light on.. but so far its not coming back after 4 start up the motor and drive around.

The enigine is running smooth, i dont SEE any foul or trouble with motor.

I do have AIr force air instake system that i never have any problem until first time today.

how to fix it ?? or take care of it??

thanks

What is a "1714 super tuner setted at 87"? You are probably running lean and never knew it with the intake. Without custom tunes you could be doing damage to your truck. Water might have been a freak think, not too sure.

old #1714 thats Super tuner by Mike troyer..its not custom. its just 3 programs set.. so i set it only 87 instead of 89 or 93 gas.

i never had this problem before.. maybe its time for me to order new one by Mike troyer.

Thanks

The 04 trucks are notoriously lean to begin with, adding a CAI, any CAI aggrevates the problem and so does running a canned tune. Maybe the water was a coincidence or it was the final straw that broke the camels back, who knows. Either way, I suggest getting a good custom tune to solve the problem for good.

Which AF1 is it? I believe they came in 3" and 3 1/2" models. If it is the 3" model then it is not a problem per the testing that Troyer has done. If it is the 3 1/2" model, then it definitely needs the custom tunes.

ok its 3.5" i guess i ll call mike to see what he will say about this...maybe i ll replace the tube down to 3".

I hope i can re-use the filter.

UPDATED:

spoke to troyer performance worker...it seems not too concern about it yet..we agreed that i have correct measure tube since 3" is near at throttle, not filter end. could be wires loose, or out of blue pop up engine light so i ll keep watch the motor... since it runs good..nothing wrong. kind of whew..smile.

if it come back on...then we ll go from there.. what a great customer service man!

thanks!
