I do like the color and how it is somewhat rare. True story though it was a gloomy day when I bought the truck and I figured it was a shaded black color haha. It was on the lot beside a Black Harley with the orange stripe, both trucks had the same spec and price tag but I liked the silver stripe more so thats why I bought it. Next day the sun came out and I realized there was purples and blues and reds in the color too haha. Different light does different things to the paint, its kinda neat to have a bright looking vehicle all day while the sun is out, but then be dark looking at night.
E-fans were a Flex-a-lite kit. I can't remember if it was a kit for 04-08 F150s or a kit for 97-04 F150s that fit just the same. I really like the fans, and there was a difference in throttle response and accleration after I added them. As a down side they are very noisy, people hear my engine fans before my exhaust note or stereo when I am driving normally. They also run after you shut the truck down for a few seconds(possibly to cool the rad after you park it, or maybe they are installed wrong)
Tires are Toyo Proxes, size is 305/40R22. They have really good grip and look great. Ran them in all kinds of conditions but never winter. They are fine in the rain. Paid $380cdn a tire. I really like the Toyos, but I found the Pirellis too good to not run during the winter, they are either a really good tire or the truck does good in the winter cause its AWD.
