whining noise

I have an 04, F150,SCREW, FX4 with 60000 miles and just recently started hearing a strange kind of high pitched whining noise in the front. It sounds like it is coming from the passenger side. I does not do it when in park or neutral and only when driving. It will usualy start when the RPMs are over 2000 then once you hit 60 mph it quiets down until you give it more gas then it starts to whine again until the rpms get back down under 2000. The 4x4 still seems to be working fine and is shifting without any noise. I have had two different mechanics ride with me and neither one had any idea what the problem was. One told just to keep driving it until it gets worse and then it will be easier to figure it out but now that I know its there it bothers me so I want it fixed. I have had no loss of power and it still drives the same just has a noise.

Thanks

Do a search on here about the IWE (Integraed Wheel Ends) system. Mine is in the shop now getting it fixed. Mine's an 05 with 60k miles.

High pitched whine from the front passenger side? Kick the chick out of the truck or tell her to be quiet.
