2006 ford f-150 harley eddition

I have a 2006 f-150 harley eddition and it went into engine safety mode. I checked the fuse box and the number 32 fuse blew out. When i start the truck the rpm are real low and the track truck starts to shake. Black smoke is coming out of the exhaust and the truck cuts off after a while. i replaced the fuse and it worked fine for about ten miles and it blown again with the same symtoms. Can anyone help me out with this one before i take it to the dealer and pay a big price?

I would not try to start it again. I would get the fuel injectors checked. If leaking it can cause the engine to hydrolock which destroys it.

It definitely sounds like a fuel issue. If it's not the injectors, maybe the throttle body.

Okay, someone else i know says it could be the throttle body sensor. the number 32 fuse controls the o2 sensor, air mass sensor, and one more i cant remember. im going to check the throttle body, thanks

This was happening on mine too, although it was not ten minutes apart. The problem on mine was a very dirty TB and TB sensor. I took it to a shop to have it cleaned, and after $100, it has been good as new. That was about 15,000 miles ago...

This weekand i hooked up my truck to a snap on scanner. Eight codes came up all defferent sensors. We Isolated every component and popped the #32 fuse eight times and still couldn't find the problem. Last the guy had to look at the wire diagram on his computer that connects to #32 fuse. One thing came up on the diagram that is connected to #32 fuse that didnt come up as an code. Its was the Variable Valve timeing actuator, located on top of the vavle cover.
