i will definitely agree with him on disliking nittos, my last tires were terras and i had notches taken out of my sidewalls and groves cut into the center treads and i had a blowout, they perform horrible in mud, my friend with a z71 has had 2 blowouts, and my other friend with a jeep had them and barely even had sidewalls anymore because so many chunks were missing out of them. i think they are made out of too soft of rubber.

One of my front terra grappler has some little chunks out of the tread not too long after I bought them. I think it was due to a little rubbing with the bumper valance though. Mine are fairly new so I dont know how many miles I'll get out of them, but it better be a couple of years!!! When these wear out I'l be looking for M/T's.

I was debating on getting Terras a few months ago. I ended up getting Michelins... looking forward to the 80,000 miles on them... I think i made the right choice. Granted they arent very aggressive but dang are they comfortable, and they do pretty well off road, as off road as i want to take a $40,000 leather seated, climate controled truck....

Just bickering in a thread clutters it up, especially over crap that doesn't even pertain to this thread. Strobes have nothing to do with Nitto tires.

I agree. However GTRider has a stobe light stuck up his but and wigs on me all the time because I have strobe lights. Had them for almost a year now. Had the tires for almost 2.

Took a closer looks at my tires today. I may get a little more milage than I orignally thought. However Im still looking for new tires. HOPEFULLY, I can make it till september so I can get the Trail Grapplers.
