I would suggest an embroidery shop or an upholstery shop should/would be able to do it for ya. I would assume you have a removable head rest?

Is it copywritten? I don't know of any shops off hand that can do it if it is copywritten.

I do custom head rest embroidery for Mallet Corvette here in Cleveland ..they do mods starting at 25,000.00 and bring us the seat skins or headrests to have their logo put on it..I also have done a lot for a bunch of guys here in American cruisers car club. What I cant do my wife does..she's a digitizer and teacher for toyota embrodery machines and sierra embrodery software.Heres my web address http://www.lorileedesigns.com/0RalphsCorner.html and in the upper left hand corner theres a dancing robot..click on it and it takes you to our..my wifes..main digitizing and embroidery site...or go to http://www.lorileedesigns.com/index.html
I just got my Lariat and so far just re did the center console but have plans to do some embrodery..I did up my old durago..I think it helped when I traded it in on the Lariat.
