Engine Failsafe Mode - HELP!

This morning my truck went into Engine Failsafe Mode. I turned it off, and pulled out my Xcal3 to read the code. It was throwing a throttle position sensor code (I should have wrote the damn number down, but didn't) I cleared it, and all is well. Today after work, I can't start the truck. It's in Engine failsafe mode. I still had the scanner in the truck, so I plugged up, and there are no codes. After 3 or for tries to start, it started up fine. Driving home, after about 10 mins, it went back into Engine Failsafe Mode. I pulled over, tried to pull a code...nothing. Restarted the truck, and it's fine.

Anyone have any ideas? I'm not sure how I could be going into failsafe mode with no codes showing up.

Thanks,
mikebaby

My '06 did this one time the first week I had the truck. Can't remember the codes, but it was TPS related. Turned off truck and back on,,hasn't done it since. Search for TPS codes here or my thread using my screen name. Once I had the two codes I went to google and did as much research as i could.

Just to be safe, I would get it to a dealer and have the injectors checked. They are a known problem and if one is leaking, can cause total engine failure. The injectors have an extended warranty.

The codes are P2106 and P2135. I called my dealership and they went over the two TSPs on this. One is to reflash the PCM (I've done this a couple of times under warrentee, and the other is the replace the TSP (Part # 3L5Z9B989AA) I'm going to pick one up tonight and see if that fixes it.

I saw one go into failsafe mode after she ran through 4 feet of water, but after it sat for a while it reset itself and was fine.
