Huge improvement. No offense to any that like them, but those stock chrome clad rims look horrible. The only thing that was worse than that was the putco chrome handles.

Put a piece of cardboard down when spray painting and you wont leave evidence on the driveway for years to come.

Good job all the way around. I think you can get around with keeping the chrome bumpers, look pretty good as a package.

Thanks for all the inputs, the wheels are Liquid metal wingman's. I got a table I use for spray painting now.

Looks good, I just wonder what the orginial grille would look like back in there but blacked out. Hey, just noticed ... I was born on that base in 1969. Keep up the good work.
