fuse for power mirrors and power seat drivers side only

I have had a problem with the fuse that powers the mirrors and driver side seat only. I will replace the fuse and within a days time it blows the fuse. does anyboby have an idea where and what i can look for that may be causing the fuse to blow? Could it be a short somewhere or is there a relay that can be causing this? any help will be appreciated.

Sure sounds like a short to me. Have you seen any pattern in that you move the seat and it's blown or change the mirrors and next time it's blown? Maybe go through all the adjustments and confirm it's not the motors or switches. If it's not then it looks like it's going to be a matter of tracing wires. If it was me, after checking the motors and switches, I'd start with where the wiring goes under the carpet and from the door jam into the door. To my thinking, those are the two areas that would have the most abuse and best chance of cracked or missing insulation.

Good luck

Agreed. That or put in a higher amp fuse. I've done it and no fires yet, knock on wood.
