Gauging interest in an 06 f150

Iv been looking to get out of my current ride to get my insurance down a little bit and have been eyeing an newer f150. I really don't care the year but i like the new body style. I found a 06 online the link ill post below. Its pretty much fully loaded with everything id like with 48k miles but they are asking $27k. There is no way in Hell i think this truck could be worth 27K with 48K miles on it. What do u guys think would be a reasonable offer for this truck. KBB has it around 23-24k.

There is NO way that truck is worth that.

Mine is also an 06. It's a Lariat (step up in trim level), has more features (auto climate control, spray in liner, retractable bed cover, 20" factory wheels, 34" Mickey Thompson tires, air bags, 2006 Lariat exclusive color and factory Nav {BTW, Nav was NOT an option for the F150 in 2006, I installed a factory Nav from an 07)}...plus mine has only 20,000 miles on it and I don't think I could get that much for mine!

They're asking WAY too much for that truck. Look somewhere else for sure.

Way to much, I bought my 06' and got it for 17k with 27k miles on it and its got leather and nav system in it to. That truck it way over priced in my opinion.

If im goin to make an offer im thinking 19k to start it and if they don't wanna deal im out. i looked around some more and found an 05 KR with 40k miles for 18,800 which seemed like a lot better idea, but idk how the interior sits with me on the KR's...

thanks for the words, thats what i was looking to hear!

Truck

Try Autotrader.com, cars.com, carsoup.com and FordDirect.com. There are units out there for alot less especially if you're willing to go get them.

Sorry but new question for you guys, i found a pretty nice truck i like, actually i found 2 identical trucks but ones got a 6inch lift, both have 20's. Heres my question, how much does the lift raise the price in your eyes?

if anything, Lift Kit lowers the price for me

I don't trust the prior owner. People do incredibly stupid stuff...especially when a truck is lifted. So most often, a lifted truck is abused.

6" of lift is only $1,200...so if you are going to pay for it, maybe give them $800-1000 of allowance for it....but buyer beware
