Help ID cooler please

ok I'm posting these pics to determine whether this is the power steering cooler, or a trans cooler.

lines going into the radiator, and the reason for my confusion
(line location says no cooler, but just want to make sure)

the cooler in question (3-4" tall)

where it's mounted

Isn't that the extra tranny fluid cooler that comes with the towing package?

Is it possible to relocate it to a position where the incoming air can flow through it?

higher up on the radiator support maybe?

I would leave it where it's at. Don't mess with it if it is not causing any problem.

well on the hot days I'm still hitting 170, and so far topping of at 182, and that's without towing anything

I'd like to lower those temps, and thought moving it up a bit would help
