Ash Tray Door Part Number

My ash tray door on my 05 lariat fell off yesterday. The two tabs on the bottom broke. It has the wood grain. What is the part number and where can I order a replacement?

just call your dealer, find one on ebay, or call tasca. but i think the grain pattern on the wood may be different, i know an 04 and 08 is sorta different, enough not to match.
