I think it depends on if the size is listed as metric or standard measurement.

"325/65/18" = Metric = Middle # is an percent of width expressed in height.

the following is paraphrased from tirerack.com

The 325 indicates this tire is 325 millimeters across from the widest point of its outer sidewall to the widest point of its inner sidewall when mounted and measured on a specified width wheel. This measurement is also referred to as the tire's section width. Because many people think of measurements in inches, the 325mm can be converted to inches by dividing the section width in millimeters by 25.4 (the number of millimeters per inch).

The 65 indicates that this tire size's sidewall height (from rim to tread) is 65% of its section width. The measurement is the tire's section height, and also referred to as the tire's series, profile or aspect ratio. The higher the number, the taller the sidewall; the lower the number, the lower the sidewall.

"35x12.50x18" = Non metric (standard) Expressed in inches and middle# is width in this case.

325 is your width which is 12.79
and your overall is a little under 35. Id say you can get them in with a wheel spacer to keep it from rubbing your knuckles if you dont care about your tires possibly wearing funny. Id try a narrower size on those stock 18's...

A 33x12.5 is about the widest you'll fit on a stocker, bfg is about the only mfg that makes the 305 65...a few companies make 33 12.5 18,s I believe cooper is one
