2.5" leveling kit and 1.5" Add a leaf kit. Around $250-350 installed yourself plus alignment

Bodylift. 3" around $350-500. installed yourself. Little more expensive but another 1" of lift.

4wd front struts, a 2-2.5in leveling kit, and 4wd rear blocks will give you the most for the money

4x2 or 4x4?

if 4x2, you'll need the following to stuff 35" tires
4x4 front coil-overs
2.5" leveling kit (front)
3" Autosprings rear blocks

You need the 4x4 coilovers to get 1" of more clearance, and then the 2.5" for a total of 3.5" to 4" of hieght up front

You need the 3" rear block to make-up for the OEM 2" 4x4 block, and then 1" of extra space...alternatively, you could install a 3" AAL, but that can be costly
if 4x4, you'll need:
2" or 2.5" Leveling kit

It's your preference if you want exactly leveled, or a slight rake. 2.5" will likely leave you perfectly leveled, or slightly nose high.

Also, replace your OEM 2" rear block with a 3" AS block...a little more room out back never hurts

EDIT:

You can brand new 4x4 coil-overs for cheap from http://www.newtakeoffs.com

eBay is your friend. I recommend Autosprings.
2.5" Leveling kit for $69-89
3" rear block for $125 shipped

depends on your needs

3" block is cheaper, and gets the job done safely. Will not affect your ride quality at all

3" AAL is more expensive, and is safe as well. It will add at least 500lbs to your load capacity...but it makes the ride stiffer, more harsh

I don't see the need for paying almost double the $$$ for more load capacity that I didn't need...and a lowered ride quality. Others see different.

What are your needs/desires for the truck?

Here's the only pic I have from the side. 3" level kit and Fat Bobs AAL. I actually didnt notice a ride difference and I installed them myself. $105 for the AAL and 3" in the rear (Probably settle to 2". I havent measured since install)

I've been through this for a while now

1" rear block + 2.5" A/S spacer
or
1" rear block + 2.5" A/S spacer + 3" body
or you would do like me lol
2.5" rear block + 4" A/S spacer + 3" body = 5-6" lift overall

you're going to want the front about 1.5" higher than the rear pm if you need any help i've been though this ring around for a while!

Not really! Only get a buddy to help you. Jack, Jack stands. c clamps are vital. I think I have 32s I'm going bigger when I wear these out.
