I actually agree on both points. I just suggest a different route for the Xenon headlights. It's a little more expensive, but it's quality that rivals that of BMW's and Acura's. Compare your output to this retrofit (Click for larger image):



Those red lights are his tail lights (a Lincoln LS retrofitted with Lexus LS460 projectors). The full article is over at HIDPlanet.

Like I said, to each their own. I just hate the glare I get from every lifted F150 and Ram I see out there with an HIG kit in it. And yes, I did read that you adjusted the headlights.

Again, though, beauty of a truck. HIG's aside, I'd love to drive that around town!

haha yep i right after my last post i saw in another thread where you were talking about retro-fitting. i just assumed that you were against hid all together for some reason. yes i agree retro-fitting does make a world of difference.

Nice , the 8k and 6k looks almost the same! not like cheap chines HIDs
