uhh. I havent really done any MAJOR mods to my truck (just little, necessary, things like a spray-in, cap, bull bar, and plan to level with 33's once these tires are shot), but my other hobby (fishing) is the exact same way. I spend AT LEAST $100 a month on fishing gear, usually more. Every trip to cabelas or BPS ends up costing me $200 hahah. The way I see it, its better to have a hobby to spend the money on, rather than spending on useless things like drugs and alcohol!

Unhappy

I bought it in Dec 08... I have about 1200 in mods in it. I have about another 1000 in mind. I would love to do them today but the stupid economony put that to a halt. Some day it will all happen, but not anytime soon.

I'm around 6k since summer of 07. All I need now is a set of Amp Power Steps and some train horns and then I'm done (I've said that about 1/2 a dozen times)!!!

I'm only sitting at around $3k but now that the truck is 4 years old and I will probably be getting rid of it in the next 2 to 3 years so I think I'm done with mods. Sure there is till more I want to do but have realized it is more important to save up some money so that hopefully on the next truck I will not need a loan.....then I can really start the mods.

I think I've got everyone beat so far......

Bought my FX4 Screw new on July 28 of 08 and swore to myself that I wasn't going to spend a bunch of money on mods. I've spent $15k+ to date and still going!!!!

Though the spending has slowed, it will never stop. I think about my next move daily.

I've only done about $1K worth stuff so far, the bed liner, exhaust, grille. Soon as my next paycheck shows up, I'll be dropping another $460 on the custom tunes for it.
