Check the owners manual. It says in there surprisingly. But basically there is a little 4mm bolt coming out of the back of the light assembly that you turn to move them up and down. Before you do any turning of that bolt pull your pickup 25 feet away from a brick wall, barn side, etc. Make sure it is level from where to park to the wall. Then measure from the middle of your headlight to the ground. Take that measurement and mark it on the wall underneath the center of each beam. Finally turn the bolts until the center of the beam reaches your mark. Hope this helps! BTW post some pics of your headlights for us to see!

I've been needing to do mine, but I don't do much night driving so I've been lazy.

Wrong, that's a good way to blind everyone though.
There is a mark in the center of the headlight to measure as a reference point.
But the beam should be concentrated BELOW the reference line, not on it.
If you center it, your headlights will go on forever and blind everyone. If they are just below the line, they will gradually get closer to the ground as you move away from the truck.

When i was retro fitting projectors into my previous truck everyone told me that the DOT regulation was that your lights should drop 2.1" at 25 feet. That's where I set my HID projectors. I could see great and I never got flashed. And that was in a lifted superduty. So make your mark 2.1" lower. I leveled my new truck and I get flashed frequently so thats what I plan to do.
