Looks Good! Do the tires have white lettering on both sides? If not IMO I would put the black side out to go with your blackout.

The whole truck sits pretty high, I can easily fit 35's, even with the 4.5 backspacing. I have almost 2 inches clearance at the lower front fender/flare with the 33's

 

you would be surprised. i have 8.5in wide wheels with 5in of backspacing and i had to trim. that gap closes FAST with a 35.

you "can" tint windows in iowa but it is illegal past 70% (stock windows) or 35% with dr approval (i have 15%...)

I live in Decorah. I ended up putting 50% on which isn't much, but I don't want to get pulled over. Your truck looks great, I can't believe you get away with 15%, especially in the conservative town of Pella.
