What is everyone getting for mileage with '04 up 5.4 3V??

Just took a 340 mile trip with my 08 2wd std cab and 8' box. The trip was 60% interstate and 40% rural driving. The truck is totally stock. I got 17.0 mpg. Figured that was pretty good considering I have 4.10 gears.
