Mine had chain rattle and it definitely sound like that video... that sounded horrible! My tensioners were definitely in need of change when I pulled it down. the were extended fully and had no more room to keep tension

2007 f-150 5.4- PO 345 Position sensor A Bank 2

Hoping someone can help with my problem; I am not a mechanic, but like to work on things I consider plug n play, like plugs, coils, oil, tire rotation ect... Several months ago I started to notice a light tapping sound in the engine; now it seems to come and go in intensity. Yesterday, I changed my oil and one coil, when I finished I used my air compressor to clean dirt and dust from the engine. I also removed the air supply duct and filter box from the top of the engine, plugged the intake with a rag and blew the entire area clean. When I finished and started the engine, the engine light came on; I went to a friend who has a device to plug in under the steering wheel and got the following reading: PO345 Position Sensor A Bank 2. I have no idea what this means; can anyone help me?
