There is an in between option if you have some room.

You could instal a air tank and use that to air up your bags or whatever.

Just fill it with a shop compressor.

I've got a 10 gal under my bed and it lasts a long time. + if I get a flat or something I always have air.

click here for pics of my setup

It's funny you mention this. I have a 5 gallon tank I use for various things from time to time. I should just leave it filled in the bed of the truck!

That's slick. Off hand, does anyone know the PSI it takes to fill these bags?

you can fill them up to 100 psi (MAX)

however I never go over 90. cause when u hit a bump the pressure jumps.

Yikes. I think I would leave that margin in the bags as well.

Yea, Now I keep the pressure only as high as I need it and drive slow through the field till I get to a road. Then I can bump up the pressure some more.

Is the ride any different than without? I opted for the 3" blocks after my 1.5" AS install. My truck sits 1/2" higher in the rear now, but would still like to know if it affected the ride. Mine rides a tad bit stiffer, but it could be the E range tires.

BTW, truck looks great.

With the minimum 10psi in the bags I can't tell a difference.

Of course if I jack them up to 90 psi with no load it's a bit stiffer.
