Looking for a tent

Im looking for a pop out tent that fits in the bed of the truck with the tailgate down. I have a supercab with whatever normal size bed is on it, like 6 feet or so.

Any ideas?

The Sportz Truck Tent seems pretty popular.
Bass Pro Shops Truck Tent Link.

You will likely want an air mattress for that as well...

Of course this isn't a "Pop Out" tent like the instant set tents. I don't think there is an instant set in bed tent made...

Why not do a pop up slide in camper? I am pretty sure there are some decent lightweight models on the market...

Hey that was exactly what I was looking for! I dont think "pop up" was the right term to use. I'll have to measure the bed to find which mattress fits, but overall that is what I was hoping for.

I bought a sportztruckII tent and I don't even use it. I used it a couple times, but I'm usually too drunk or tired to set it up. I posted pics on here before.

I have never used a truck tent myself. I always prefer to keep the truck free to roam. I might consider one only for beach camping. Regular tents on sandy beaches is a real drag. And you can pretty much forget tentless camping on the beach...

Considered a camper shell instead? They do a better job of keeping the element, and critters out...
