windshield replacement

Looks like a tiny rock hit my windshield on the way to work yesterday. On the way home last night, it started cracking, about 9 inches long now.

Apparently, too large to repair, so I'll be getting replaced tomorrow morning. Safelite folks coming by the house to take care of it.

Anything I should watch out for?

i had my windshield replace a couple weeks ago...it was hard to watch because the guy was pretty rough with the old windshield (I like to imagine that when I take my truck in to get worked on, they are as nice and clean about it like in the commericals)

but after grinding my teeth while watching him, everything worked out and I have a nice new windshield that is weather tight.

i had mine switched out at a local shop and they scratched the hell out of the paint around the windshield. they ended up repainting it for me, but just the thought of a 3 week old truck having to be repainted made me mad!!!!
