Painted bed rail caps

I bought the stuff to do this months ago but just now got around to doing it lol

it was easy and cheap.

looks good. i need to do mine. just did my wiper cowl. how many tabs did you break getting bed caps off?

Your profile says you have a 2006. Your truck's bed rail caps are already faded? You can claim that as a warranty issue, if you have not exceeded the limits of your warranty that is. That seems awfully poor that they would fade in a few years.

Trim is only covered under warranty for 1 year. Look in your owner's manual. Bumper to bumper my ****......

they are not faded that bad. just like to have them black again. and as far as my warranty, yeah, i'm over my warranty. i only have alittle over 98,000 miles on it.

Yea really...I have an 06 and they have been faded for a good while on mine, and they will not do anything about it.

Looks great!

I've been debating doing mine with Duplicolor Spray Bed liner. I did those door sill panels on the interior of my truck and they turned out great. So I may buy a few more cans and do the bed rails.
