rear end trouble

so heres the deal, my rearend went out on me in oct of last year. It was fine one day then the next it went, it was really bad when i would give it a lil throttle and turn the wheels. so i tore it apart and it was the spider gear on the drivers side and was almost completely smooth, so i got all new spider gears and everything and installed it all. Truck has been fine up untill about 2 days ago my bro took it to use for a lil bit and as he was backing up into his buddies driveway he said it started to like jump. so i got in and checked it out and it feels exactly the same way it did the last time i replaced the gears. what would have caused it to do this so quickly, i have babied the truck since i replaced them the first time and its only been since oct that i replaced them.... if anyone has any info it would be appreciated.
thanks guys

MINE did the same tonight only on passengers side. i blew it out few months ago. Driver side and upper/lower center spiders are perfect but pass side is compltly smooth just like last time no teeth. Im looking at it now and when i push the axle back into place there is not that much of the pass side spider contacting the center spider gears and in turn eating up the spider gear. I need to find the washiers to move the pass side spider gear out more to get a better contact grip on the center upper/lower spiders.
