worth it?

just got my pullies installed and definately noticed a little increase in take off and throttle response. my question is has anyone with the 5.4 3v tried the bbk throttle body? ive heard mixed things about it and just want a final answer on if there is really any gains. and also is there really any gains with the granatelli coil packs? or shouldi just wait till i need one and do them then?

From what I've heard, aftermarket COP's don't work as well as Motorcraft's. As for the throttle body, I think it would work best when it's stacked onto a few other mods (intake, exhaust, programmer).

Agreed, I've heard this as well. The aftermarket coil packs do work, they just don't seem to last very long for some reason.

The throttle body is worthless from what I was told and very hard to tune, now the coil packs are good I have had mine for a while they are great for supercharged trucks. You dont need them if you are N/A.
