For the front panel, you have to pop of the speaker grill and remove the lower speaker. There are two screws under the door latch panel and another screw in the arm rest. There is a small panel cover that you pop off with a screwdriver. The front and top of the arm rest pops off to reveal the screw in there. There are two more screws at the bottom of the door panel. There are some pressed in tabs that hold the speaker screws in place and you must remove them also. After that's all done, you can now lift the panel up and remove the cable from the door latch. Cable pops out, but takes a bit of effort. Bear in mind this is how it works on my 2008, but I doubt your's is any different.

You will have to pop the window switch panel off to see the bolts.

Look at the rear panel removal. The screws for the door latch and arm rest are accessed very similarly for the front panel.
