Bad Dealership Experience
I had a issue once with a service department at a dealership. Contacted Ford motor about it and they pretty much told me O well. I have a member to pre-paid legal services which is my personal law firm 24/7.
They contacted Ford for me and within about 2 days I got 10 calls from them wanting to make it right, they upgraded me to one of them expensive service plans and extended my warrenty. I don't know what happened at the stealership I had been too but they have horrible ratings.
