Does anyone recognize this grille style?

I called the poster, and she said it's a Ford factory grille. Does the Harley grille include both the upper and lower grilles? Regardless of what type of grille it is, does $100 seem like a good price for everything in the picture? I told her I'm going to go look at it this afternoon, but she didn't seem to know too much about it, so I want to make sure I know as much as possible ahead of time.

 

It's definitely not a Harley grille. Otherwise it's hard to say if it's factory. Almost looks like a Roush chrome over plastic grille with a billet lower grille.

 

That or Carriage works. It's hard to tell from that angle.
