I know some folks out in the country that do. I would seriously reconsider a house if it could only get dialup.

i used to have dail-up til last year, 35 bucks for dialup! DSL used to be 85 bucks a (early 08) month here for 756k or something like that and 1.5 meg was 150 bucks now we're getting 1.5 for 33 bucks, fricking crooks

I think I pay $39 for 7mb with time warner. Don't know how I could ever live with dial up again

as much as a surf from my cell phone, it should say "only safe for g3"

although opera mobile runs pretty fast on edge...
