USB input

Hey, does anyone have a replaced head unit that takes a USB drive?

I know the 09's have the sync that uses the USB but, I am wanting to know what there sound quality is like from the USB.

I would imagine its pretty dern good, opposed to the cd quality.

Anyone ?

It's the same thing. It depends on the the quality the song is recorded in.

I have Kenwood head unit that has a USB port. It's made of awesome.

I have a pioneer. The quality is the same as an mp3 burned onto a cd.

mp3s just don't sound quite as good as wave files though because of compression but most people(including me) can't really hear the difference.

I play all of my music through the USB input on my Pioneer. I haven't even put a cd in this HU since I've had it.

I have a Sony CDT-GT620U with flip down face that is only 3 months old I'd sell you. Has CD, front aux in, and USB 2.0. Perfect condition, just taking father-in-laws factory nav unit from his wrecked Edge. I paid $150 at Crutchfield. Shoot me a message if you are interested.
