You locate the tube frame with the screw driver. You then slide it over the top of the tube(lifting the end of the screwdriver toward the ceiling) and slide it forward. It will stop when you contact the tab.

"IF" i get it lol im getting frustrated! how long does the screwdriver have to be? and how thick?

Just use a regular flat head?

Here's one

Even Better

on this one just remember that while you are pulling the clip back with one hand take the other hand and push the top of seat down. When you push the seat down from the top it will make it easier on the clip. Once you push the seat down and pull back on the clip, lift the seat up.

So where your screw driver is on, is the piece you push up with the screw driver?
