Is it flesh with the wheel? Meaning can you feel that it's there or if you closed your eyes and rubbed it it would feel the same?

Really haven't studied it a whole lot. Plan to get the tires removed next weekend and try to clean them up. Just hope I can get them clean.

i bet that most of that won't come off, i have had them before with stick on weights. it looks like its oxidation, pretty much SOL. when i bought my truck new i specified stick on wheel weight just because of that. my last truck, 00 Z71, the whole wheel lip was light that after time, i'm sure it had to do with buying new wheels 2 or 3 times a year, he he
