Upper Front Bumper Pad replacement

How do I remove the upper front bumper pad on a 2008 F-150? I bought a used one and am having it painted and need to replace the existing one with it. Thanks!

I looked under the truck today and it looks like a pain... I'm just going to pay the body shop to do it... thanks!

naw do it yourself. its so easy!!! three screws to take off the headlights and maybe take out the signal light, then three screws on each side to hold it up to the fender and maybe like six plastic fastners from the middle. its easy as pie! thought it was hard but naw its not
