Need help quick!

I asked this question in the V8 Engine section but haven't gotten a reply so i'm sorry for reposting this again.I broke a plug in my truck while trying to change them and now it's late in the evening and I need to go home. I only live a mile from where I am at now. Would it hurt my truck driving without one of the sparkplug's if I disconnect the fuel injector from that one cylinder? I know this is a dumb question but I don't want to walk. LoL Thanks

Okay LoL! I've already started walking. So far it's been a pleasant trip. Seen two dog's making new puppie's and also gotten chased by a dog which I thought to be a big one but turned out to be a chihuahua.
