My F150 is nearly finished....

Well i picked up my second truck last week, this 2007 FX4, and it was basically just what i wanted as it already had the lift (4'' BDS)-tires (35X12.5 Mickey Thompson BAJA ATZ's) - rims (Pro Comp) already done new by the dealer. I was almost embarrased to drive it though as it looked nice, except that retarted single rusty pipe out the side lol. It got a SIDO Magnaflow yesterday with 18'' stainless tips forty-fiving out the sides so all i need yet is some sort of tonneau cover and the appearance is done- i think since i'm also a dealer for stampede products who make truck accessories, their wheel flares are tempting me lol!

Nice truck man! What kind of cover are you looking for? Hard, soft or retractable?

Probably a soft roll up. I have a access (?) lorado i think on my Tundra and i really like it. I put large items back there with my hunting business at times so a hard top would not be a good idea. I wish i would have took a closer pic of my back window so you could read whats below the deer skull as it says "SHOW ME YOUR RACK"- my brother makes that stuff and he wanted someone to show his new sticker off lol! Just put it on there so we'll see if that actually works.

Thanks, as much as I would love to slap my business stuff all over it, i wanted to keep it classy and subdued with lettering that kinda blends in with the truck- that show me your rack thing is kinda immature but what the hell!

The dealership advertised it as a 4'', it seems about right as i think a 6'' would sit higher than mine does. My 7 year old son can get into it by himself, which is what i was hoping for! In this pic you can see the BDS bracket the lower A- arms are bolted too, it does seem to be about 4'' lower than the original mounting location?

Cool, it isn't 2.5'' for sure, but for some reason the dealership had it installed and advertised it as 4''- not sure where they got that from then? 6'' is perfect then IMHO!
