So my turn signal makes a crazy scratching sound when I put it to go right. It doesn't do it all the time but when it does the turn signal doesn't actually come on. If it makes the sound, I can push it down a little and it stops scratching and the light comes on again.

Does anybody know how I can fix this or how much someone would charge to fix it? Thanks

 

Trying to delete post, The Solution I had was for a similar problem common for a 98
