2008 FX4 SCAB-Mods and Questions

Hello all,

I am new to this forum. I used to be heavily involved in golf forums similar to this but have not been for a long time. I bought my first brand new truck and my 4th Ford last November. I love the truck and want to turn it into a hobby now that I have lost interest in golf. This is what I have coming and what I want to do:

Everything is stock at the moment.

I have a 2" autospring level kit on the way. I went with this due to all trucks being different. I definitely don't want the front end higher, but closer to level than what it is. Going to put this on myself. I am old farm boy from Alabama so I know my way around tools. My question is, when I go to get new tires, I want a little taller tire with no scrubbing whatsoever. What size would you guys recommend for this truck and kit?

I also have an Edge Evo on the way. I am going to need some help and advice when installing this. Any pre-information and warnings will be greatly appreciated. My only experience with this is my old 78 F150 with the 351M and I am pretty sure we are talking apples and oranges.

This is my first post and I am just glad to be here. I will take before/after pictures as I go. Please share if any of you have a truck similar to mine.

I reccomend a 305/65R 18 if you have 18's or 33x12.5-20 or a 305 55R20 if you have 20's...edge evolution is pretty simple to install, its all in the book, congrats on the truck and welcome...one thing about the edge, make sure you remove it and return the truck to stock before going in for any warranty work.

Got evo installed and am still playin but very carefully. Still waiting for tank to run out so I can try level 3 out.

On the tire size, I wanted to add that I would like to keep the stock rim and they are the 18".
