now where do you get the ford emblem from or do u take it off from the stock one? and how does it adhere? 3m tape?

 

If the grill is chrome over plastic (which I believe it is at that price), then you remove your existing emblem and put it on the new grill. It is attached with a bracket and press on nuts. Works great!
