air blows hot and cold

Today the air on my truck was blowing hot and cold with the ac on. I've noticed that it usually blows warm when i stop. when i take off it gets cold again. I had trouble with it doing this last year and the dealer replaced the fan clutch, and it seemed to work good till today... any ideas?

Mine does the same thing. When I have the AC on, and the temp set at say, 70, it blows warm. Bump it down to 65, and its cold. I was wondering about that yesterday.
