Just bought out my truck

My lease was up and frankly I would rather keep mine than step up to a hideous 09.

So anyway my buy out was 21,300 and K.B.B. puts it's value at 25,700

Truck only has 18K on it now. I also added in the extended warr from ford, I got the 84 mo/75,000 mile bumper to bumper and it cost me 2K

There is a guy in Fairview that has an FX4 scab same color as mine but he has a hard shell fiberglass bedcover with a wing on it and it's all body color.
I think he lives in that big apartment building on Lorain just before you cross the bridge into Clev. I've seen it parked there several times.

Nice...we should all get together sometime this summer. My buddy, bjp207 on here, would definitely come over from Erie if we had a little get together. I used to be pretty heavy into vw's when I lived in FL before I moved back up here and the meets were always so much fun. We'll have to throw one together when it gets warm.

You made a wise financial decision! You took good care of it, & your buyout was not excessive!...........Now drive it for the next 10-15 years & save a bundle!..........

Apts on the north side of Lorain across from the Metropark entrance or are there some newer ones closer to the bridge?? My grandma used to live there....small world.

Congrats on keeping the truck. I'd have probably done the same thing for the same reasons. Plus, you really do have a good looking truck.

Yep, that's the one. It's about 8 or 10 stories high. And thank you for the compliments on my truck.
