How long is the factory warranty?

How long is the factory warranty for an 04 and an 05?

but u have to do the regular maintenance at the dealer

No, you do not. If you do make a warranty claim, you MAY be asked to provide service records, but usually you do not. You do NOT have to take your truck to the dealer, or any dealer for service (oil changes, lube, flushes, etc) to keep your warranty in tact.

This is a common misconception that many dealers have created. I get a note in the mail every three months from my dealer saying I need to come in for an oil change or it "might" void my warranty. Notice they say "might" and not "will?" Thats because they cannot.
