It's called the BCM. (Body Control Module)

First place I would look for is the glove box, In all the stuff that comes with your truck, there is a small card maybe 1"X2" card that has the code. At least that is where mine is. I can't imagine someone throwing it away. I keep everything that comes with the vehicle when I buy. Why, don't know but I like to keep all records and paperwork that comes with it.

4.6- It should be back there even on a standard cab. I think it may be to the left (drivers side) or just around the corner, rather than on the cab back panel. If you have BSM (body security module), keyless entry, it will be back there.

Should be on the driver's side C-pillar, just below the driver's side rear speaker.
